WARRANTY:
All Obsession jewelry carries a life time warranty against breakage or defects. If your jewelry breaks send it back to us and we will repair or replace it free of charge. We will pay one way shipping to return your items to you. All pieces of the product must be returned to us for repair or we may substitute at our discretion like pieces as some stones may not be available. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, broken glass pendants or lost items.
PAYMENT POLICY:
All items on my website are offered through Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to purchase through Pay Pal and it is the easiest and most secure way to purchase on line. Simply click CHECK OUT and you will be linked for payment. I also accept checks and money orders. CLICK HERE for the mail in order form and don’t forget to include your payment. NOTE: If you use the e-check option when using Pay Pal it can take up to a week for your payment to clear. I recommend using your ATM card for faster shipment.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders may take up to two weeks before they are shipped. Please E Mail me your request and I will personally work with you to create any idea you may have. I will contact you with a price quote and any questions regarding your custom order.
RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any product in new condition within 25 days. I will promptly issue a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. CLICK HERE for the return/warranty form.

All items are shipped US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL and are usually shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment with the exception of custom orders. I ship only within the United States.

AVAILABILTY OF PRODUCTS:
If by chance an item has sold out, I will contact you and let you know if I can recreate the item. If I am not able to recreate the item I will immediately refund your full payment (including shipping).

Always keep your jewelry out of reach of children and pets. Small parts and beads can create a choking hazard for small children. Don’t leave children or pets unattended when wearing jewelry.
